Scope: Reproduction of discontinued, expensive, hard-to-find parts (side covers, brackets).
Approach: 3D scanning of original parts where possible, then CAD redesign with small reinforcements.
Material: ABS, PETG, CARBON, for heat resistance and durability.
Status: Available on request for other Honda 500 XLR owners.
